Taking SCARY out of used bikes, one bike at a time.
I can tell you that Cycling will help you achieve most of these goals. Having riding bikes a part of your daily or even as little as once a week will get closer. I have quit smoking, live healthier and be overall happier with Cycling in my life. Yes, I do more working on them than riding them. But nothing beats the pavement hitting the rubber and getting lost in thought on long bike rides. So let’s all ride us some bikes and achieve some of these goals!
The Nature of New Year’s Resolutions
“The most popular New Year’s resolutions are about self-improvement (living healthier 23% of people, getting happy 21%, losing weight 20%, exercising 7%, stopping smoking 5%, reducing drinking 2%). In addition, people resolve to meet career or job goals (16%) and improve their relationships (11%).
Despite their big plans though, only 8% of people will achieve their New Year’s resolutions. This is according to a study by the University of Scranton.”
