A few weeks ago I went here to buy a smaller road bike in the hopes of achieving a better fit for my body. Justin had several to choose from in my size and had them all already outside and ready to look at when I walked up. He was so helpful in adjusting the fit and answering all of my questions and even swapping out some things here and there to make sure that when I left I would be leaving happy with a bike that I loved. Justin's got the process of buying/selling used bikes down to a science. We were scheduled for 30 mins but ended up doing many iterations of adjustments which took us about 2 hours to get the right bikes/fit. Justin is very patient and a great communicator helping beginners like us understand the nuances of bike fitting. He operates out of his garage which makes the process very personal and enjoyable. He won't try to sell you stuff that you don't need. Me and the wife are very happy with our bikes. Highly recommend.
I bought a bike from Justin earlier this year. I had it shipped to Los Angeles and it came perfectly packaged, easy to build on my own, and was helpful to answer questions later.
