Justin's got the process of buying/selling used bikes down to a science. We were scheduled for 30 mins but ended up doing many iterations of adjustments which took us about 2 hours to get the right bikes/fit. Justin is very patient and a great communicator helping beginners like us understand the nuances of bike fitting. He operates out of his garage which makes the process very personal and enjoyable. He won't try to sell you stuff that you don't need. Me and the wife are very happy with our bikes. Highly recommend.
I bought a bike from Justin earlier this year. I had it shipped to Los Angeles and it came perfectly packaged, easy to build on my own, and was helpful to answer questions later.
