The late 1990s Bianchi Alloro Campione Del Mondo is a quintessential piece of Italian cycling history, celebrating the brand’s storied racing heritage through a high-performance 7005 double-butted alloy frame. Hand-built in Italy during an era when aluminum was the undisputed king of the pro peloton, the Alloro offered a “racy” and communicative ride that felt light years ahead of the heavy steel of the previous decade. The double-butted tubing was a masterclass in efficiency—thicker at the joints for rock-solid power transfer and thinner in the middle to shave weight without compromising the frame’s structural integrity. Finished in the iconic Celeste paint and bearing the “World Champion” decals, the Alloro wasn’t just a bike; it was a statement of speed. Shipping information: I ship UPS Ground, and the bike is disassembled. It will be packed very well, but if you see any damage to the box or bike, keep the box and packing material, plus take pictures. I do insure all bikes that are shipped and require a signature.
